The proposal of the Rector's Office to establish Arda Vocational School in Edirne province was examined at the Higher Education General Assembly meeting dated 26.05.2006 and in accordance with the article the Law numbered 2547, "Food Technology" and "Culinary Management (Gastronomy)" It was decided to establish Arda Vocational School by opening the programs. Education started in 2007-2008 academic year in our school by taking students to the "Food Technology" program. In the 2008-2009 academic year, the "Oil Industry" Program has been opened and students have been received, and education is continued in the "Food Technology" and "Oil Industry" programs in our school and education is carried out with the "Chemistry Technology Program" which was put into operation in the 2010-2011 academic year. In line with the principles and reforms of our college, the founder of our Republic, Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK, our students are given the necessary education to create a creative, productive society based on modern, rational and scientific, knowing their duties and responsibilities towards their country and nation and making them behave.

We believe that our students who are educated at our School, which aims to raise qualified intermediate staff for our country's economy, can keep up with new and advanced technology, apply what they learn, and think freely and critically, will contribute to the national economy.

We are working with all our strength to ensure that our graduates from our college, as individuals who grow up within the framework of contemporary, secular, democratic and rational values, represent our college in the best way.

Arda Vocational School aims to meet the needs of intermediate staff of the food industry and service sectors, to train the intermediate staff of the food industry and service sector by training qualified intermediate staff in special production techniques, new production designs in relation to the modern life in the production, marketing and control of food products.
