History

The proposal of the Rector's Office for the establishment of Arda Vocational School in Edirne province was examined in the General Assembly meeting of Higher Education dated 26.05.2006 and in accordance with the the Law numbered 2547, "Food Technology" and "Kitchen Management (Gastronomy)" It was decided to establish Arda Vocational School by opening its programs.

          Education started in 2007-2008 academic year by taking students to the "Food Technology program" in our school. "Chemistry Technology Program" was opened in the academic year of 2010-2011. '' Cooking Technology Program '' was opened in the 2014-2015 Academic Year under the name of "Laboratory Technology Program", and in the 2017-2018 Academic Year under the name of Hotel Restaurant and Catering Services Department. It started education by taking students in 2018/2019 academic year. In 2019, the "Pharmacy Services Program" was opened under the name Pharmacy Services Department. It is planned to admit students in the 2020 -2021 academic year.

         Currently, our college (as of 2019-2020 academic year) provides 5 services to 590 students, 17 academic and 6 administrative staff, and the Higher Education Quality Board - Unit Internal Evaluation Report Preparation Guide (Version 2.0 - 04/12/2019).
