THINGS TO DO FOR GRADUATION PROCEDURES:

1. APPLICATION WITH A PETITION (CLICK FOR THE PETITION...)
2. COMPLETION AND SUBMISSION OF THE CLEARANCE FORM TO THE STUDENT AFFAIRS OFFICE (CLICK FOR THE FORM...)
3. RETURN OF STUDENT CAMPUS CARD (MUST NOT CONTAIN BALANCE) AND STUDENT ID CARD
4. DOCUMENT INDICATING THE RETURN OF THE GRADUATION GOWN (FROM ARDA VOCATIONAL SCHOOL)
5. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED IN THE TRAKYA UNIVERSITY GRADUATE INFORMATION SYSTEM. FOR THE RELATED LINK CLICK HERE...
THINGS TO DO TO RECEIVE A DIPLOMA:

SUBMISSION OF THE ORIGINAL TEMPORARY GRADUATION CERTIFICATE

IMPORTANT NOTE:

*The Temporary Graduation Certificate is issued only once. The original must be submitted when receiving the diploma. If the certificate is lost, an application must be made with a lost item announcement published in a nationwide newspaper or with a report of loss/theft issued by security units.

**Diplomas, diploma supplements, and temporary graduation certificates are only delivered to the entitled person or to their representatives who present a notarized power of attorney. They are not sent by mail. If the diploma holder is abroad, the power of attorney must be issued by the Turkish Republic consulates.

***The diploma of a deceased person may be given to a first-degree relative upon request, provided that a "Detailed Civil Registry Record" is submitted.
